The 90-Day Guarantee
Every watch from Old Soul Time Co. is fully serviced and tested before it ships. If it stops running or doesn't keep proper time within 90 days of delivery, contact me and I'll repair it at no cost to you, including shipping.
The guarantee covers the movement and its function. It doesn't cover accidental damage, water exposure, or wear to straps and bracelets.
To start a claim, email mike@oldsoultimeco.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
